ODIHR’s call for data on hate incidents

Dear members,

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is now collecting data on hate incidents that occurred in the OSCE region in 2021.

Information provided by civil society is essential to their reporting, as it complements official data submitted to us by participating States. As many of you already know from your experience with targeted individuals and communities, it is now more important than ever to monitor and report hate incidents.

Please fill out the data submission template below, which is available in English or Russian. To find out how to submit data, please visit: hatecrime.osce.org/2021-cso-submissions

Kindly send your submission to tndinfo@odihr.pl no later than 30 April 2022, indicating in the subject line “HRC 2021 (Name of your group/organization)”. If you plan to submit information later than 30 April, please let ODIHR know so that your submission can be included on their website.
