Webinar: Prospects and practice of restorative justice in relation to terrorism / 11 March

On the occasion of the French national day of tribute to the victims of terrorism on 11 March 2021, the Liaison Magistrate’s Service at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom is organising a one-hour webinar on the prospects and practice of restorative justice in relation to terrorism.

The webinar will take place on Thursday 11 March 2021 at 15.00 GMT  (16.00 Paris Time and 10.00 NYC Time) for about 60 minutes. (CET 15.00 -16.00)

The panel will include Mrs.Michèle CONINSX, Executive Director of the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate  at the United Nations, Mr. Joel HUBRECHT, Program Director (International Criminal Justice / Transitional Justice) at the French Institute of Justice Studies (IHEJ), Jo BERRY and Charlotte DIXON-SUTCLIFFE, speakers from Survivors against terror, not for profit network of survivors of terror attacks in Britain or on British people overseas and Dr. Timothy WILSON  Director, Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence (CSTPV) School of International Relations, St Andrews University. 

The webinar is organized will be moderated by myself, newly appointed French Liaison Judge at the French Embassy in the United-Kingdom, Estelle CROS.
