We are happy to inform you that the VSE General Meeting will take place online on Friday 22 November 2024, from 10:00 to 13:00 CET (Brussels time).

In this section, you will soon also find a presentation per team that describes each team’s updates and achievements since the last Annual General Meeting, as well as a forward look on their activities for 2025.

Voting for Audit
During the GM, the election of VSE Audit will take place. Please find attached recommendation letter by the Executive Board.
Only VSE’s full members are entitled to vote during this election. We strongly encourage representatives of full members to attend the General Meeting and cast their vote, as a majority of full members’ votes is necessary to validate the outcome. The voting is done by raising hand.
