Dear VSE Members, 

We are happy to inform you that the VSE General Meeting will take place online on Friday 1 December 2023, from 10:00 to 13:00 CET (Brussels time). 

Agenda 

Please find the agenda for the meeting here or on the dedicated intranet section ‘Organisational meetings’. In this section, you will soon also find a presentation per team that describes each team’s updates and achievements since the last Annual General Meeting, as well as a forward look on their activities for 2024. 

Registration 

The meeting will take place online on ZOOM. We kindly ask to register for the event by clicking here before Monday 27 November 2023.

We kindly ask you to log in at least 15 minutes before the start of the event. Please keep your microphones on mute. If you have any questions or comments, use the chat box or raise your hand. 

Voting 

During the GM, the re-election of VSE Board member Silvia Taravan will take place. Only VSE’s full members are entitled to vote during this election. We strongly encourage representatives of full members to attend the General Meeting and cast their vote, as a majority of full members’ votes is necessary to validate the outcome. We kindly ask all full members to share the name of the person voting on behalf of the organisation at the following e-mail address: k.varoshlija-botterman@victimsupporteurope.eu. 

A link to cast your vote will be shared a few days before the GM will take place.
