We are pleased to inform you that the VSE General Meeting will take place online on Friday, 9 December 2022 from 10:00 to 13:00 pm CET (Brussels time).

Below you can find more information regarding the agenda, the voting for board positions and the online meeting link.

Voting for Board Positions

At this meeting, voting for President and a Board Member will take place. Please find attached the open call for nominations and the nomination letter.

As explained in the call for nominations document (see below), only Full Members are allowed to vote. We strongly encourage representatives of Full Members to attend the General Meeting and cast their vote, as a majority of Full Members’ votes is necessary to validate the outcome. We kindly ask all the full members to share with us the name of the person voting on behalf of the organisation at the following e-mail address: k.varoshlija-botterman@victimsupporteurope.eu.

Online ZOOM meeting

The General Meeting will take place online via the ZOOM platform. You can register to the event following this link. You will receive the meeting link via email after you complete your registration.
