Online Roundtable on Victim Support in Asia

Victim Support Asia (VSA), with the support of Victim Support Europe (VSE), is pleased to announce an upcoming online roundtable on victim support in Asia, aimed at initiating a regional conversation on enhancing services, coordination, and victim-centred policies. Members and partners are warmly invited to take part in this important dialogue.

Date: 11th December 2025

Time: 16:00-18:00 (South Korea), 8:00-10:00 (Belgium)

Format: Online Zoom Webinar – Register here

This roundtable will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, victim-led organisations, and regional networks to:

  • Share best practices in victim support and protection
  • Discuss cross-border cooperation and policy development
  • Explore innovative approaches to accessible, trauma-informed services
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for strengthening victim-centred support

Your expertise and experience would be invaluable in shaping a constructive dialogue and identifying actionable steps for improving victim support across the region. A summary of discussions and recommendations will be shared with all participants to inform future initiatives.

RSVP by the 9th of December, 2025 to confirm your participation. We will provide the online meeting link and agenda upon confirmation. The meeting will be conducted in English; however, live transcription will be available for use. You can find more information here.

We look forward to your participation in this important conversation and to building stronger connections across the Asian victim support community.
