
New Online Training: How to Plan an Advocacy Campaign for Victims’ Rights
We are excited to announce that our new online training course BeneVict: Planning an Advocacy Campaign in the Context of Victims’ Rights is now available on VSE’s Victim Support Hub
This module is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical tools to advocate effectively for victims’ rights. This course covers the core principles of advocacy, strategic campaign planning, and real-world implementation, featuring a case study for practical insights. Key topics include the role of advocacy in advancing victims’ rights, developing a strong campaign strategy by identifying key issues and setting clear goals, and implementing campaigns through media engagement, lobbying, and performance monitoring.
During this self-guided module that takes three hours to complete participants will gain practical skills to create impactful campaigns that lead to meaningful and lasting change. The course is open to all organisations working with victims and/or victims ‘rights that seek to enhance their advocacy planning efforts.
