New Internet Platform and Network for Interreligious and Interconvictional Dialogue Initiatives
We are pleased to share with our network the launch of an important initiative from the Committee for Interreligious and Interconvictional Dialogue of the Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe.
The Committee has taken up the Parliamentary Assembly’s proposal to establish a permanent platform for dialogue between communities of different religious or philosophical traditions. To this end, it has created a new Internet platform to present models of peaceful, forward-looking dialogue between communities of different religions or schools of thought.
🌐 Visit the platform: www.niric-dialogue.eu
This platform invites individuals in governments, institutions, and organisations to discover positive developments and innovations, share them, and collaborate towards a more peaceful and inclusive future.
In these times of new wars, rising racism, and environmental degradation, this initiative offers a toolbox of teachings and experiences from diverse belief systems, helping foster mutual understanding and peaceful coexistence. While religions and convictions face challenges, often due to the misconduct of some, there remain many constructive and inspiring practices promoting dialogue and harmony. The platform, alongside upcoming webinars and exchanges, is dedicated to showcasing these efforts.
We invite you to explore the platform and learn more about this growing movement.
