Dear Members,
Victim Support Europe (VSE) and France Victimes are delighted to welcome you to the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Victim Support Europe’s Annual Conference “The Frontliners: Functional, Funded, Future-Ready”, taking place on 2–3 June 2026 in Paris, at Espace Saint-Martin.
As we open the early bird registration today, we are sharing all relevant information for VSE members regarding the AGM, the Annual Conference and available funding for members.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place on 1st June, 2026 (14:00-17:00 CET). More information about its programme and the venue will be shared at a later stage.
VSE Annual Conference 2026: “The Frontliners: Functional, Funded, Future-Ready”
The VSE Annual Conference 2026 (VSEAC2026) will take place in Paris from 2 to 3 June 2026. We hope to welcome victim support community and affiliated professionals from around at the spectacular premises of Espace Saint-Martin.
This year’s conference coincides with a significant milestone, as France Victimes celebrates its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of commitment to victims’ rights, service innovation, and system-level change. Building on this legacy, the VSEAC2026 places a strong emphasis on practical solutions, real-world systems, and collective problem-solving to strengthen victim support services in their day-to-day reality.
VSEAC2026 is deliberately action-oriented. Across two days, the programme will explore governance, staffing, coordination, training, financing, service delivery, innovation, accessibility, and staff wellbeing, through concrete case studies, interactive formats, and honest discussions about challenges and progress.
Funding for VSE Members
For these two above-mentioned events, we have limited funding to cover the travel costs per representative, including the flight, accommodation per night and subsistence per day. We have funding available for up to 20 members. This contribution will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with a priority for full members (maximum one representative per member organisation). Kindly note that you can apply for funding by sending an email to finance@victimsupporteurope.eu. The deadline for application is Friday, 28 February 2026.
IMPORTANT: Please kindly notify us in advance if you plan to make any bookings before 28 February 2026. Reimbursements will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and thus cannot be guaranteed.
