Internet Radio available during trial for terrorist attacks of November 13, 2015

Dear VSE Members

We are pleased to share with you an update regarding the trial of the terrorist attacks of November 13, 2015.

We have received more information about the internet radio: from September 6 and not before, victims will be able to request their access codes (ID and password) to the internet radio.

To do so, they will have to:

–  Send an email to the following address: logistique.attentats.11-2015.ca-paris@justice.fr
– The subject of the email has to beWEB RADIO-PC Last Name First Name
– Within the email, the victim has to request both ID and password for the internet radio, and specify their mobile
phone number, email address and their home address
– Attach to the email a copy of an ID (ID card, passport, residence permit,…) and a proof of address.

Victims will then receive their access codes through postal mail or SMS.

A helpline dedicated to psychological support will be open and managed by Paris Aide aux Victimes throughout the trial, for victims following the trial via the internet radio. This helpline will only be accessible from the beginning of the trial on September 8, not before.

A technical assistance helpline will also be accessible on court days from 12h30 until 18h, starting the beginning of the trial.

You can find all this information in a new vademecum here. This vademecum is specifically related to the internet radio and has just been published (only in French for now).

For your information, here is a link to the 1st vademecum we shared with you earlier, which contains general information regarding the organisation of the trial.

Best regards,

VSE Team
