Apply Now for our 2020 Staff Exchange Programme

Applications are now open for the 2020 VSE Staff Exchange!

The VSE Staff Exchange Programme offers frontline victim support workers the opportunity to:

  • visit another member organisation for inspiration;
  • see how other organisations provide support to victims in challenging environments;
  • develop a new tool or approach that another VSE member has put in place.

The programme encourages the sharing of best practices and knowledge, peer-learning, and the development of professional and intercultural skills and competence.

We have funds available to cover travel and subsistence costs (up to 5 days) for a limited number of VSE members’ representatives to visit a member organisation in another Member State.

Spread the word among your staff members and encourage them to experience the diversity of Europe’s victim support community!

If you are interested, please complete the form below and send it before 31 July to Marina Kazakova, VSE Communications Officer (m.kazakova@victimsupporteurope.eu), with the subject: ‘2020 Staff Exchange.’

Participants should be available to travel physically or virtually before the end of 2020 and should be able to speak English or the language of the host country.

Only a limited number of placements is available. Places will be given on the first come, first served basis.

Please, TAKE NOTICE that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the staff exchange dates and the format of the event will be announced by early September: whether that means a traditional physical exchange or an alternative format of virtual tours.
