Apply Now for 2023 Staff Exchange Programme!

Applications are now open for the 2023 VSE Staff Exchange!

The VSE Staff Exchange Programme offers frontline victim support workers the opportunity to:

  • Visit another member organisation for inspiration;
  • See how other organisations provide support to victims in challenging environments;
  • Develop a new tool or approach that another VSE member has put in place.

The programme encourages the sharing of best practices and knowledge, peer-learning, and the development of professional and intercultural skills and competence.

The 2023 Staff Exchange will be hosted by France Victimes in Paris, France, on 9 and 10 November 2023.

This year’s edition will focus on the topic of Needs assessment, referral and information provision. We have decided to organise the programme around this team, as this aligns perfectly with our quality standards for victim support services and may be of interest to any organisation looking to become accredited. A more concrete agenda will be put together in dialogue between the selected participants and the hosting organisation, France Victimes

As a founding member of Victim Support Europe, France Victimes brings together 130 victim support associations throughout France. The purpose of the organisation is to promote and develop support and assistance to victims, mediation practices and any other measures contributing to improving the recognition of victims.

Are you interested in participating in this staff exchange and available on 9 and 10 November 2023?

Submit your application now via this link. The deadline for submission is Friday 13 October 2023, at midnight.
