Announcement: General Meeting 3 December 2025

We are happy to inform you that the VSE General Meeting will take place online on Wednesday 3rd of December 2025, from 14:00 to 17:00 CET (Brussels time).

During this event, the new VSE members will introduce themselves, we’ll present the new staff and update on our finances. Furthermore, this year’s general meeting will be an opportunity to look back to VSE’s achievements and activities during this year and to welcome the future that is to come. 

The event will be online, hosted via zoom. The registration link will be available soon.

The agenda and supporting documents will be sent in a later date.
