Dear VSE members,
We are starting the preparations for VSE Staff Exchange 2023 and are looking for your input to better understand which topics are most interesting to you.
About VSE Staff Exchange
The VSE Staff Exchange Programme offers frontline victim support workers the opportunity to:
- Visit another member organisation for inspiration;
- See how other organisations provide support to victims in challenging environments;
- Develop a new tool or approach that another VSE member has put in place.
The programme encourages the sharing of best practices and knowledge, peer-learning, and the development of professional and intercultural skills and competence.
2023 VSE Staff Exchange
To get a better feeling of which topics are currently most interesting to our members, we kindly ask you to complete this very short survey.
In this survey, we ask you to rank the following topics according to what you believe might be most interesting for this year’s VSE Staff Exchange programme. We have identified the following five topics:
- Setting up distance support services
- Training
- Needs assessment, referral & information provision
- Risk assessment, intervention & referral
- Collaboration between victim support services – creating a national victim support framework
Please submit your interest before Sunday 28 May 2023.
Kindly note that indication of interest will not be regarded as an application to participate in the staff exchange programme. The open call for applications will be communicated at a later stage.
In case you are interested in hosting a staff exchange on one of the above-mentioned topics, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Iris Lokerse at i.lokerse@victimsupporteurope.eu.
Many thanks in advance for your kind cooperation.
